Schatts Bakery in Bishop got Shaka’d

Schatts Bakery in Bishop got Shaka’d

March 3rd, 2010 by Mike Quilliam

The Ol Do finger at Schatts bakery got hit by some serious Atwater Shakas this past weekend on one of our guys trip to Mammoth. I will leave his name off this post as I wouldn’t want Mr. Do-Finger to come after him.

North Carolina’s Outer Banks

North Carolina’s Outer Banks

January 28th, 2010 by Mike Quilliam

For those of you that have never been to the Outer Banks of North Carolina here are some shots taken by Barry Price. Barry has been getting flow from us through our Mid Atlantic Sales powerhouse John McDaniel and at the moment he is out of the water due to an unfortunate snowboard accident left him with only one working wrist. I asked Barry to take some shots around town to give us a little look at the Outer Banks and the shots are awesome. I always heard that “Grave Digger” the monster truck was out there and I was stoked to see that Barry went and got a shot with the legendary monster truck itself.

Max’s Puerto Trip

Max’s Puerto Trip

October 9th, 2009 by Mike Quilliam

This August and September I had the opportunity to spend some time in Puerto Escondido with my good friend and photographer Michael Barrus along with a few other friends from San Diego. We scored solid waves for the majority of the trip, with a few short intervals of small ripple surf. When we weren’t out at Puerto, were exploring the different waves Mainland Mexico had to offer. We ventured down to Barra De La Cruz and also found our own secret spot. It was quite a treat to find our own beach with perfect spitting tubes and no one in sight! Now I’m back in San Diego surfing and keeping up with my studies at UCSD until the next contest or trip.
